PLANT EVALUATION REPORTS
 
Alchemist provides plant evaluation reports of manufacturing plants located in China.
Contents of the report would be comprehensive, and custom formulated to your
particular requirements.

CHEMICAL TESTINGS
 
Alchemist can provide laboratory testing in conjunction with qualified university
laboratories. We ensure that the testing is performed for critical and non-critical
parameters, in accordance with testing methods adopted by your company.
BATCH-TO-BATCH SAMPLING
 
One of the most common complaints of importing from overseas is the sampling
process. Where samples submitted from trading companies or manufacturers, differ
in quality from the actual shipment.
Alchemist can physically inspect the goods either at the port, warehouse or plant,
withdraw samples from each batch randomly and seal the bags or drums with
Alchemist Seals. The samples can be dispatched overseas to your laboratories by
courier.
FREIGHT MANAGEMENT
 

Alchemist monitors freight markets world-wide, from less then full container shipments,

to chartering full vessels for dry bulk or liquid cargoes.
Multinationals use our risk management services in this field to even out short term

discrepencies in the shipping market. Our Chartering department in Hongkong

negotiates the charter of over 100 vessels per year.

We are also able to manage products which require special attention such as heat
stability, hazardous products and special palletisation requirements.
FINANCING
 
Importing from overseas can be cash exhaustive. Paying for goods, import costs, duties and vat can tie up
resources which might be needed in manufacturing or R&D.

Alchemist can provide stock financing, enabling you to gain credit whilst gaining

competitive pricing from imported raw materials.

Various options can be made within 180 day open credit payment terms, to confirmed

consignment stocks.

One-location Manufacturers (OLM)
